After traveling throughout Europe and Africa, Chef YOVO is back to work with a menu marked by flavors and discoveries. The choice of ingredients, cooking methods, seasoning, and presentation. Everything has been designed to offer through L’Ardésia’s menu, a new gustatory journey. A landscape of aromas still unexplored.

With only 30 tables, L’Ardésia is a private haven where lovers, families, and groups gather. In the heart of Clamart’s Grand Canal district, enjoy a good-tasting meal with views of the water basins and feel the warm atmosphere of our intimate setting. Settle in comfortably and capture the essence of wonderful moments with your loved ones.

« Cooking is the art of transforming the ordinary into the extraordinary, of amazing the taste buds, and of creating lasting taste memories. »

The love of tasty and comforting cuisine, propelled by an overflowing energy and originality. The chef’s skills, honed at the prestigious hotel school of Château des Coudraies in Étiolles, in revealing delicate flavors, earned him the responsibility of the kitchens of several restaurants at the age of 33. Culminating in the opening of a new restaurant: L’Ardésia.

Choose comfort when it’s time to dine. L’Ardésia, the new bistronomic restaurant in Clamart, welcomes you for a gourmet interlude in all its forms. Whether seated at a table or directly at the bar, as you prefer.

From this spot, you will have an unobstructed view of the entire L’Ardésia dining room. Visibility is enhanced by the large bay windows that encircle our restaurant, allowing a brilliant natural light to pass through during lunch and offering a spectacle of light during dinner.

Behind the bar is our barmaid, Yasmina, who is fully dedicated to making your cocktails and serving your drinks. Her workspace is designed to provide an interesting spectacle and visible dynamism from anywhere in the room.

Additionally, sitting at the bar gives you the chance to catch a glimpse of the chef in the kitchen. Here too, you will get a better view of the dedication with which the staff of L’Ardésia works to serve you the most refined dishes possible.
